02x08 - Summer Sucks

School is out for summer and with Mr. Hat missing, Mr. Garrison is over the edge and he seeks psychiatric help from Dr. Katz. Meanwhile, the state’s ban on the sale of fireworks screws up plans for a 4th of July celebration. Jimbo and Ned go to Mexico, in an attempt to smuggle fireworks back for the children of America. Meanwhile the mayor settles for lighting the largest snake in the world for the town’s celebration, only the snake gets a little out of hand.
