02x05 - Conjoined Fetus Lady

Kyle is terrified when he must go to see the school nurse because of the stories he has heard. The nurse looks fairly normal, except for the dead fetus sticking out of her head. His mother educates him and the other boys on the nurse’s "condition" and then decides that everyone should be made aware. Meanwhile, the South Park Cows dodgeball team goes to the state, national and finally the international finals in China.
